• 3 tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 8-10 cashew nuts, chopped
• 1/2 - 1 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 - 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/8 - 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp coriander
• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
• 1/2 - 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup water
