We had such a fun time at Pooh Poetry Teatime!

Here’s a little peek at what we did in case you missed it:

We enjoyed Pooh-themed snacks and teas, and everyone brought along their favorite stuffies and toys. Some even shared their homeschool mascots—lots of adorable kitties and a guinea pig made an appearance!

We read some favorite poems by Milne (and a few by other poets, too) before diving into writing Personification Poems and Reflective Poems. The creativity was amazing! I’m so proud of the kids for being brave and sharing their wonderful work.

Be sure to ask your kids about their poems—they might love sharing them with you! And as always, I’d be thrilled to read them in the comments.
