Resources Needed for the Magic Dust Projects:

You will need the following supplies for projects listed throughout the course. You do not have to complete each project. Choose those you think would be interesting or fun.

Project 1, Paint a Night Time Scene

• canvas (8x10 or whatever size you prefer)
• acrylic paints - dark blue, light blue, white, and black
• brushes in various sizes
• painter's tape
• cotton swab
  

Project 2, Yarn Doll

• 2 colors of yard
• cardboard (8x11 and 4x6)
• scissors
• ruler
• tape
• googly eyes or beads
• hot glue gun

Project 3, Avocado Hand Cream

• 1/2 of an over-ripe avocado
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/8 c. sugar
• 4-5 drops of patchouli essential oil (this is optional, or you can use a different essential oil that you prefer.
  

Project 4, Donkey Pinata

• cardboard - several pieces
• ruler
• hot glue
• newspaper or paper strips
• tissue paper or streamers (in many colors)
• liquid glue
• string
• scissors
• candies or small toys (for the inside)
