Project One, Make Blancmange

• 2 Tbsp arrowroot
• 1 quart milk
• 1/2 cup sugar (or more)
• Pinch of salt.
• Lemon peel, or extract of your choice for flavor

Project Two, Play Rigmarole

• Friends
• A good imagination

Project Three, Make Hardtack

• 5 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2-1 cups water
• 1/2 tsp salt
