Project 2, Jewish Apple Cake

• 6 peeled & sliced apples
• 3 cups of flour
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 2 1/2 cups of sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup orange juice

For Apples

• 3 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Project 3, Crafting a Heart
