For this book club, we will be using the book The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. You can purchase it in digital, paperback, hardcover, and audio formats. It is also available at many local libraries.

You will also need a notebook or binder for your notes, vocabulary, and writing.

NOTE TO PARENTS:

This book mentions many Greek gods and goddesses. These mythological characters have stories that range from heroic and wholesome to adulterous and evil. If you are concerned about your student learning about these myths, please review the videos before your children. We have diligently worked to find the most kid-friendly videos available.
