Today, we’re going to learn about a group of very special and strong people called Navy SEALs, just like Mr. Mendoza, Oliver’s PE teacher. Navy SEALs are part of the United States Navy, and they are trained to perform tough and important missions. They work on land, in the sea, and from the air to help keep our country safe.

We have a video to watch that shows what Navy SEALs do, how they train, and the kind of jobs they handle. It's really impressive to see how hard they work and the challenging tasks they complete.
